Automatic Film Cutting and Clamping

The X100 automatic film cutting and clamping system eliminates the need for workers to cut and attach film to the pallet manually. This system performs these tasks automatically.

Pallet grip system

Pallet grip system: the film narrows at the bottom to form a rope that grips the pallet and the goods during rotation.

1. No need to worry about the load falling due to vibration during transport
2. If a forklift damages the film at the bottom of the pallet, the film will not tear further
3. The bottom film wrapping and roping system can be used instead of a horizontal strapping machine

Multi-layer function

This function allows you to set different wrapping cycles and tension at any desired height. Up to 9 layers can be configured for a single pallet.

Standard pallet wrappers on the market apply uniform wrapping force from bottom to top and lack the ability to pause or provide reinforced wrapping during the process.

Advanced safety technology

   • In operation: Green

2. The touchscreen guides the user through machine operation. In case of an alarm, the screen displays troubleshooting steps.
