Automatic Vertical Conveyor Sealer
For sealing heavy bags.

VISA1370AL/M is an automatic vertical conveyor sealer. It is suitable for sealing heavy bags weighing around 20 kg, with a total conveyor load of 60 kg. Equipped with an enlarged conveyor and support rails, the sealer can handle bulky and tall bags. The maximum bag height is 530 mm, and the minimum height is 330 mm. Thanks to adjustable conveyor speed and sealing temperature, durable and precise seams are created. The machine seals bags made from various density materials such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, and PP.

After sealing, the seam cools, and production dates, expiration dates, or other necessary information can be applied. For this purpose, the VISA1370AL/M sealer uses a hard ink-based marking mechanism. The ink is used economically, and the inscription cannot be erased, nor does it bleed when exposed to moisture or freezing, etc.

2. The VISA1370L/T model is particularly suitable for production lines.
