SmartWasp X3 model with a motor-driven top pressure disc. Pressure force 35 kg.
Pressure disc min. and max. height 600 to 2000 mm. A cylindrical type pressure disc is typically used on the market.
If a pressure disc min. and max. height of 1200 to 2000 mm is required, an air compressor will be needed.

Film savings
A. Pre-stretch rate 300%, typically 250% offered on the market. Using our equipment, you save 20%.
B. Pre-stretch is a standard feature. Most equipment offered on the market uses glue to attach the rubber to the roller. During use, it can tear very easily and also leaves wrinkles on the film. If there is a label on the pallet, it will be difficult to read or scan the barcode.

- The touchscreen guides the user through machine operation. In case of an alarm, the screen displays troubleshooting steps.
Automatic film cutting
The X3 automatic film cutting system allows operators to no longer cut the film manually. This system will do it automatically.
