The sealer features a roll holder, essential when using film on rolls. Sealing length is 600 mm, seal width 1 mm, and film thickness up to 150 microns, allowing for high-volume work with standard bags and films.
The sealer is equipped with a sealing time regulator. It is used in both food and non-food production for packing individual items or product groups, and works with various films (including PVC).
The sealer can be used to:
- create a bag from center-fold film
- create a bag from a film roll
- seal pre-made bags
- cut shrink wrap film to required dimensions
- pack finished products in shrink wrap film
Most suitable materials are PVC, thin PE, and POF film. The machine is ideal for herbs (dill, parsley, basil), bakery products (buns, bread, croissants, gingerbread), soaps, perfumes, powders, and other products.
